Virtual Assistant Services

What is a Virtual Assistant?

A virtual assistant is a remote employee who offers administrative support for you and your business, usually part-time. They can perform tasks that an executive assistant would typically handle, such as scheduling appointments and meetings, making phone calls, arranging travel, organizing emails, preparing presentations, minutes, and reports, data analysis, creating social media ads and more.

Why Should You Hire Me?

I am leveraging over 31 years of federal government work experience. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from the University of New York at Buffalo. My expertise as an Executive Assistant, Senior Program Analyst, and Designated Federal Officer to a Veterans Affairs advisory committee prepared me for this dynamic, service industry. I pride myself on being dependable, efficient, and detail-oriented. You can feel confident that you and your clients will be in good hands with me.

What Services Do You Provide?

I can perform the back-end tasks you are too busy to do. This will allow you to take care of your front-end business.  My goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with our service and will return for your future business needs.

I specialize in the following areas:

How Much Do You Charge?

My fees start from $35/hour. However, we can negotiate the cost based upon the length of time and level of effort involved with the project. At this time, I can accept assignments ranging from one hour to three months. I only accept one assignment at a time to ensure that my clients have my undivided attention.

What Is the Process for Hiring Me?

1. We will do a consultation to determine your business needs and goals.
2. I will draft a contract, which details the specifications of your request.
3. I will send the contract to you for your review and signature.
4. I will also send a request for payment. You will be charged based upon our agreement in the contract. For example, the agreement will either state my hourly rate or a flat-fee rate, which is payable before service.
5. You will be allowed two times to make minor corrections to your specifications and for me to make corrections.
6. Upon completion of the final service, I will ask for your sign-off of your acceptance.
